Exterior Blackbutt flooring sourced from Barrenjoey Timbers was extended to the covered decking areas. The exterior of the house was painted in Dulux Weathershield in Mud Pack with architraves in Dulux Natural White. The roof is Colorbond in Gull Grey, however, this shade is no longer stocked – the closest match is Colorbond Steel in Shale Grey.

This modern design works perfectly with the natural colours teamed with the natural surroundings including the wooden decking, rocks and plant life.
