‏With only three ingredients
Lemon Posset is a creamy and tangy dessert that originates from England. It is made with just a few simple ingredients but delivers a burst of citrus flavor and a velvety smooth texture.

2 1/4 cups heavy, double or cooking cream	
quarter cup Sweetened milk  or as you wish, you can add more	
5 tosp fresh lemon juice (from 1
medium lemon)	
2 tsp grated lemon zest (from 1

Steps
Scrub 2 medium lemons clean & pat O dry.
Cut lemons in half lengthwise, scoop out the flesh, smash it through a sieve to get as much juice as possible & keep the lemons to use as moulds.

You can use any fillings, mine is giving kinder bueno vibes 😍🍌  Ingredients: 1/3 cup plain flour 40g 3 tbs @macr0mike protein powder (discount: amb-Miranda) or extra flour 20g 1 tbs sweetener, optional 1 egg 2/3 cup milk of choice  Method: 1. Whisk or blend all the ingredients until smooth. The batter should be thin so add a little more milk if needed.  2. Heat a non-stick fry pan over medium heat, add 1/4 cup batter and swirl the pan around to cover the base.  3. Cook for 2-3 mins until set then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes or until lightly golden on both sides. 4. Serve with topping for choice!
