The class ends with seated and reclined poses to cool down and integrate the practice. No props required.
Welcome to 30 min Vinyasa Yoga Flow for total body strength and flexibility. We will flow through some strong standing, upper body & core strengthening poses and finish with a short relaxing savasana. No props required for this practice, best suited for experienced beginners and intermediate level.
