They can also be made vegan by simply swapping the eggs for flaxseed eggs ⁣ INGREDIENTS ⁣ ▪️2 cups rolled oats, GF if needed ⁣ ▪️1 tsp baking powder ⁣ ▪️1 1/2 cups milk or plant milk ⁣ ▪️2 eggs or 2 flaxseed eggs ⁣ ▪️1 carrot, shredded⁣ ▪️1/4 cup chopped pecans (and some more for topping)⁣ ▪️2 tsp cinnamon⁣ ▪️1/3 cup maple syrup - optional⁣ ⁣ ⁣ METHOD⁣ ▪️Preheat oven 180c⁣ ▪️Mix all the ingredients into a large bowl⁣ ▪️Pour into a greased muffin tray or cupcake liners. Top with pecans (optional)⁣ ▪️Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean ⁣ ⁣ ⁣
After many bake-tests and experimentations, I finally found a sourdough pizza dough formula that I love! It boosts a very thin barely-there crust and a soft and fluffy cornicione. It takes 3 days to make (mostly just waiting for good things to come), but one bite you know it’s SO worth it! Unpopular opinion : Good pizza takes time! 👍👍  🅡🅔🅒🅘🅟🅔   550g 00 Flour *80g Levain (at peak) OR 1g instant yeast 375g Water 15g Salt 15g Olive Oil    @shebakesourdough

Source: @amilahsspot INGREDIENTS ⬇️ • 2 cups of Warm milk • 1tbs of yeast (I added 1/2 tsp because I used more milk than needed) • 3tbs of sugar • Salt • Butter • Flour • 1 egg •tsp of baking powder (Extra fluffy bread) INSTRUCTIONS: • 1. Warm 2 cups of milk, add 1 tbsp of yeast, 1 egg, 3tbs of sugar and let it sit for 10-15 minutes • 2. Then add 4.5 cups of flour and 1 tsp of salt and combine all ingredients til you get a sticky dough (add 1/2 cup if needed) • 3. Add half stick of butter (room temperatured) and knead until smooth. It’ll feel like it’s getting wet, just keep massaging in the butter until you get a soft dough. • 4. Cover your dough and let it rest for 20 minutes until it fills you bowl. • 5. When removing your dough it will feel fluffy, knead to relea
