American muscle - Known in early 1957 as Duntov Chevy’s or simply Black and White’s they dominated A/Stock drag racing. The term Black Widow was first applied to a few 1957 Chevy 150 black and whites that SEDCO built for NASCAR competition. The Super Stock Chevy term for NHRA SEDCO built cars soon gave way to the NASCAR term Black Widow for all the black and whites.
Munitions - Fort Klapperkop was the third fort erected before the outbreak of the Anglo-Boer War (1899–1902) to protect Pretoria. It has been restored with historical accuracy and arranged as a museum, with permanent exhibitions of Anglo-Boer War objects and furniture. The fort has the following rooms: Ammunitie, Hospitaal, Keuken, Machine, Telegraaf, Stal and Manschappen.
Pretoria Old Motors Club was established in 1966. The first POMC - CARS in the PARK was held in 1980 at the POMC Club grounds in Keuning Street Silverton. Nine cars of POMC club members were displayed. From 1982, other clubs were also invited to display their vehicles. By 2005 more than 80 clubs displayed about 2000 vehicles and the POMC grounds became too small to accommodate any further growth. After investigation it was decided to move the event in 2006 to the Zwartkops Race Track

Icon - One of the best known landmarks in Plettenberg Bay on the Garden Route is the Beacon Isle Hotel. Beacon Island is at the mouth of the Piesang River and has a history that goes back to 1771. In that year the first navigational beacon was erected on the island. The original was a square block of stinkwood, inscribed with the latitude and longitude of Plettenberg Bay, and erected to enable mariners to check their location and chronometers. It also gave Beacon Island its name.
Nostalgia - Chevrolet, colloquially referred to as Chevy and formally the Chevrolet Division of General Motors Company, is an American automobile division of the American manufacturer General Motors (GM). Louis Chevrolet and William C. Durant started the company on November 3, 1911 as the Chevrolet Motor Car Company. Chevrolet first used the "bow-tie emblem" logo in 1914. It may have been designed from wallpaper Durant once saw in a French hotel room.

Sleek - The Ford GT is an American mid-engine two-seater sports car manufactured and marketed by Ford for model year 2005 in conjunction with the company's 2003 centenary — and again in redesigned form for model year 2017. The GT recalls Ford's historically significant GT40, consecutive four-time winner of the 24 Hours of Le Mans (1966-1969), including a 1-2-3 finish in 1966.
