They are light, snappy, and shatter in your mouth when you take a bite. The flavor is exquisitely buttery. They are irresistible (I may or may not have eaten about 5,000). They're from my husband's Swedish great-grandmother; even though I love soft sugar cookies, these crispy ones are at least as good. Perfect for Christmas!
