Chicken Drumsticks
chicken drumsticks recipe • Ingredients: • 1-1.5 kilos of chicken drumsticks • 2-3 potatoes (optional) • Small onion (optional) • ▫️▫️▫️ • For the sauce: • 60ml oil • 1 tbsp tomato paste • 1 tablespoon yoghurt • 2 crushed garlic cloves • 1.5 TI paprika powder • 1 teaspoon thyme • 1/2 TI chili • 1/2 TI curry • 1/4 pepper • Salt • ▫️▫️▫️ • Preparation: Please note that the cooking time may vary depending on the size! • Wash the chicken thighs and pat dry with paper towels. Poke holes with a knife. • Put all the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl and stir. Then add the legs to the sauce and mix well. Cover and set aside in the fridge for 2-3 times. • ▫️▫️▫️ • Then place a piece of baking pier in the pot. Place the chicken in it and cover again well with baking paper
