ingredients: -sweet potato -98/2 ground turkey -arugula -honey mustard -feta -salt -pepper -paprika -olive oil Instructions: 1. Cut up potato into even circles because these will be your “buns”. 2. Coat with olive oil and season with salt, pepper & paprika on both sides & bake in oven for 30 mins at 400 degrees 3. Start making your turkey patties and season with salt, pepper, & paprika 4. Cook patties on each side until brown (4-5 mins each side) 5. Start assembling the burger — I put honey mustard, arugula & feta & it was 11/10
