I'm still trying my best to get my weight off. 40 lbs down and 95 to go. It hasn't been easy but it never is. I will NEVER be heavy like that again!!!!! well, I was able to meet my goal. I've lost 175 lbs in a year in a half. I feel great!!!!! Having the gastric sleeve done was the best decision I've ever made. It is not the easy way out like most people think it is. It is a journey. Use the tool you were given and you will definitely succeed.
