This easy creamy black bean curry needs to be added to your favorite recipes! With lots of Indian-inspired spices and coconut cream (use the cream from a tin of chilled coconut milk if you can't get coconut cream), it's vegan and delicious, as well as easy to add extra vegetables as well. Some spinach, potato, or peppers would go really well. Serve over some fragrant basmati rice with some fresh garlic naan on the side for a sumptuous meal.
