Take them out of the freezer the night before you want them and let them sit in the fridge to thaw overnight. Bake off the thawed rolls the next day. You can also make the filling a couple days before you want to assemble these and just park in the fridge. Leftover filling can be used to make future rolls or to make lasagna or lasagna rolls . . Heute habe ich eine tolle Picknick Idee mit den lecker süßen Looye Honigtomaten von @Looyekwekersde für dich. Für 8 Pizzen besuchst du: 1 Blätterteig 12 Looye Honigtomaten 20 Oliven entkernt 75 g Fetakäse Olivenöl 1 Ei Rosmarin Blätterteig in 8 gleich große Stücke schneiden und mit der Gabel etwas einstechen. Die Honigtomaten waschen, halbieren und jeweils 3 Hälften auf den Blätterteig verteilen. Jetzt jeweils 2-3 Oliven draufsetzen und den Fetakäse drüber bröseln. Mit Olivenöl beträufeln und etwas Rosmarin drüber streuen. Die Ränder der Pizzen mit den Fingern etwas einrollen und zusammendrücken. Die Ränder mit Ei pepinseln und für ca. 15

Dazu schneidet ihr die Zucchini sowie die Tomaten und den Mozzarella in Scheiben.
