Potato Bake Bread 1 loaf sweet bread dough 2 x packets of potato bake dry powder - mix and match different flavours 250ml full cream 250ml milk Cheese to taste Kneed the dough and roll into balls, Pack 2-3cm apart in a deep oven pan. Mix the potato bake powder with the cream and milk. Pour mixture over the dough balls. Grate the cheese over the balls and bake at 150 deg/C for 15-20 min. Check at 15min and dont overcook or the rich sauce will reduce too much, making it dry.
