Lemon Flank Steak - Whisk 1/4c each of olive oil, soy sauce and lemon juice. Add 2tbsp brown sugar, and 2 smashed garlic cloves in a bowl. Place flank steak inside a resealable plastic bag. Add marinade and seal. Let stand an 1 hour at room temperature. Remove meat from marinade, grill about 5 min on each side until med-rare. Let stand 10 minutes. Transfer marinade to a saucepan and boil. Slice meat, arrange on platter, top w/arugula then drizzle sauce over. Serve w/extra sauce & lemon…
