Low Carb Chili | came out yummo! my changes: 1 qt water (i did 2c beef stock & 2 c water); 2lb grnd beef (i did 1 lb small diced stew meat & 1 lb grnd beef); Worcestershire sauce (sadly i was out, so used A1); omitted: bay, mush, peppers) - topped mine w/ cheddar, sour cream and diced red pepper (fresh) - NOM!
