As a fairly experienced teacher of drums, guitar, ukulele and bass guitar, I decided to start teaching piano to beginners. I tried to make a book myself, as I usually do with my other instruments, but I kept making it too hard for the young ones. This book takes the hard work out of getting started with young beginners (I have used it with school years 2-4). It covers all of the basics with 10 fingers (5 with the right hand and 5 with the left hand), and introduces new fingers one at a time.
