1 hour, 14 meals. I would have done more but I ran out of containers! Yummy and healthy meals for me and the hubs done! Meal prep can be super easy, if you just take the time to do the work. Just set aside one day a week, one day every two weeks, or once a month. That's what I used to do, before #babylove came along. Now the only way that food gets prepped is me setting aside a couple of hours once every other week and just getting it done. It makes life around here so much easier.
