Here's another fun exercise to try on leg day! Drop the dumbbells or barbell and do some single leg deadlifts using the cables instead! Watch the video clip a few times to get the form down right before trying these. TIP: use handle attachment at the lowest setting (should be on the ground), grab handle and back away approx 3-4 feet from weight stack/cables & then begin your reps on one leg, complete one set before switching to the other side.
