New on the blog Last week Thursday we visited the Tokara Olive Shed for olive oil tasting and lunch. Surrounded by breathtaking views we enjoyed 4 Olive Oil tastings from Tokara. The lamb shank from The Raj is sautéed with whole garam masala ginger and garlic then cooked in onion and tomato gravy on a slow fire. When curry is prepared on a slow fire it has a lovely charred smoky and slightly sweet flavour. Read the full review on my blog. Link in bio.

BLOGGED Nothing says comfort food more like a hearty serving of curry. Last week Reime and I visited The Raj restaurant in Camps Bay for dinner.
