They aim to bring safety to the workplace, by ensuring that women know that they can speak up if they are sexually harassed in the workplace and by ensuring that women are listened to when they speak up. GreenPop is a Capetonian based non-profit organisation whose mission is to plant trees.
Their main project is "Forests for Life"; Because Africa is the world’s most rapidly urbanising continents, they are focusing on bringing the forests back to Africa. In 2012 they began to collaborate with nature conservancies, private landowners, and key stakeholders to undertake small-scale reforestation and alien clearing projects. Since then they have planted over 88,000 trees in South Africa, Zambia, and Tanzania. Their aim with this project is to plant 500,000 trees by 2025!
