It's got that crunchy candy shell like the Tanghulu but it's a nice, creamy, yummy center. In a saucepan, add one tablespoon of unsalted butter and of sweetened condensed milk. Then add a half a cup to one cup of coconut flake. Mix it up until your butter is all nice and melted and your mixture becomes thickened. About five to 7 minutes. Nice and thick. This is what you're looking for. Now you want it to cool completely so go ahead and dump this into a bowl. Your coconut filling is cool. Do this with all your mixture. Take a pinch. Roll it up. Now put it on your pan. And this is how they look. Now put them in the freezer for about 30 minutes. And now we're going to make the crunchy candy coating. To a small saucepan. Add one cup of sugar. A half a cup of water. Now bring your sugar water to a boil over medium high heat. Do not stir. And after 15 minutes the candy coating is ready. Now just take a toothpick or a skewer and poke it through your coconut filling and dip it. Drip it and put it on your pan. Do this with all your bonbons. Dip it, drip it, and put it on your pan. And once you have them all dipped, this is how they look.
