You can do this on the grill or in the oven… whatever you choose, your result will be light, flavorful, and tender. Full recipe below… 1 lb of washed and cut asparagus (or any veggie, see note) 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill 1/2 lemon juiced 1-2 tbs olive oil salt & pepper to taste Preheat oven to 350 Place vegetables in a single layer on a large sheet of foil Sprinkle dill, olive oil, lemon, salt and pepper Wrap foil tightly and bake for 15 minutes NOTE: adjust cook time depending on your vegetables. 31K views · 4.5K reactions | My Gluten-free Corn Soufflé is truly a winner. This recipe is an update on my mother’s old school corn soufflé, and I’ve made it gluten-free and added jack cheese and jalapeños. It’s perfect for Easter tomorrow because you can make it today and put it in the fridge overnight. Then, tomorrow take it out 45 minutes before baking to get it at room temperature, then bake it and it’s so spectacular. It’s easy, so delicious, and it’s a dish to make again and again. We have a regular version as well, so click link in bio and definitely add it to your Easter menu. Who loves an old school dish? | nocrumbsleft | Facebook

822K views · 9.1K reactions | THE BEST oven roasted sweet potatoes! 😍🍠 This is my favorite way to cook sweet potatoes, they come out perfectly every single time and they are SO easy to make. The outside gets super caramelized with crispy edges, and the inside stays soft and tender 🙌 DELICIOUS!! This really isn’t a recipe, more of a method so adjust depending on how many people you are feeding! You need: - Sweet potatoes - Olive oil or olive oil spray - Salt How to: - Preheat your oven to 425F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper or foil for easy clean up. - Slice sweet potatoes in half lengthwise. - Brush the cut side with olive oil, or spray the tray really well and make sure the cut side gets coated with olive oil. - Bake for 35-45 minutes depending on the size of your sweet potatoes. They should be soft when you touch them and a fork should easily go through. - Flip them over and sprinkle well with salt.
