SCOTLAND - This huge waterfall isn’t tumbling from a Central American plateau: it’s the Mealt Falls on the Isle of Skye. The imposing cliffs in the background are Kilt Rock, a rocky outcrop with vertical basalt columns said to resemble a pleated kilt.
Jarlshof is the best known prehistoric archaeological site in Shetland, Scotland. It has been described as "one of the most remarkable archaeological sites ever excavated in the British Isles". It contains remains dating from 2500 BC up to the century AD.
