@fitgreenmind's recipes are the best!🤤 RECIPE (8 pitas, 90min prep time): -4 cups (500g) flour -1 1/4 cup (300ml) lukewarm water -2 Tsp instant yeast -1 Tbsp sugar -1Tsp salt First mix water, yeast, and sugar. Then add the remaining ingredients. Knead 5-8min. Let it rest for 1 hour. Shape into 8 balls and let them rest for another 15mins. Flatten them then fry on medium heat without oil for a few minutes, flipping every 30sec or so. (You can also freeze them up to months). #vegan #bread
