My step dad's 65th birthday cake, with hand cut and hand painted rainbow fish. The design was inspired by a Laurel Burch fabric. I thought the colours were striking, and worked really well together. My first attempt at putting sugarpaste on a tall cake, and watching it repeatedly rip before I finally managed.....
