Garlic Rosemary & Sage Butter - Place ½ cup unsalted softened butter in a medium bowl, add a pinch of salt. Add 1 tbsp minced garlic, 1 tbsp minced rosemary & 1 tbsp minced sage. Fold & mix until add-ins are incorporated and evenly distributed throughout the butter. Transfer the butter to a piece of plastic wrap. Shape and roll it into a log about 6". Twist the plastic wrap at the ends to seal. Refrigerate 2 hrs before serving. Perfect for veggies, breads, roasts & pastas!
