Ingredients: • 2.5 lbs beef Chuck • 2.5 tsp salt • Black pepper, to taste • 2 tbs flour • 3 tbs olive oil • 7 small shallots • 4 garlic cloves, smashed • 1 tbs tomato paste • 1 tbs Worcestershire sauce • 2 cups beef broth • 1.5 cups red wine • 1 cup baby carrots • 1 lbs baby gold potatoes • 2 bay leaves • 1 rosemary sprig • 3-4 thyme sprigs • 1 tbs chopped parsley Cornstarch slurry • 1 tbs cornstarch + 1 tbs water Method: • 1. One pound (16 ounces) chicken wings or wingettes 2. 1 teaspoon Garlic powder 3. 1 teaspoon Black pepper 4. 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning 5. 1 teaspoon chili flakes 6. 1 teaspoon @weberseasonings kick'n chicken seasoning 7. 1 teaspoon cayenne powder 8. 1 tablespoon mustard 9. 1 teaspoon baking powder 10. 1 tablespoon corn starch Sauce: 1. 1 tablespoons olive oil 2. 2 tablespoons butter 3. 3 garlic cloves minced 4. 1 tablespoon ketchup 5. 1 tablespoon chili sauce- (sriracha) 6. 1-2 teaspoons chili flakes 7. 1 tablespoon honey 8. 1.5 tablespoons soy sauce 9. How to cook a steak (beginner friendly)
If you want to learn to make steak, try this easy method! It’s inspired by Gordon Ramsey! 2 steak filets, I used NY strip 1/4 tsp salt 1/8 tsp black pepper 2 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp butter 6 cloves of garlic 6 sprigs of thyme Let the steak come to room temp for about 20 minutes. Pat the steak dry. Season both sides with salt & pepper. Heat skillet over medium heat. Then add the oil (after the pan is hot). Place the steak in the skillet, cook for 2 mins, flip & cook for another 2 mins. Flip again, reduce the heat to low & add butter, garlic & thyme. Baste for 4 mins. Remove the steak when they reach your desired doneness. If you press on it, you’ll be able to feel how done they are (cheek = rare, chin = medium, forehead = well done) then let rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing!
