Start with a base coat, pair your nails w/ blue polish(or any color you choose), one dot of black in water, spray with rubbing Alcohol, dip nail in the water facing down over the black swoop it up out. let dry use a top coat. (you can tape around your nail to avoid a mess from the water part or use Elmers glue around ur nail peel it off when done)
