Reframing how we think about the end of summer, however, might be the thing that can help us, me included, transition into back-to-work and back-to-school mode more easily and with more of a positive attitude. Instead of being sad about summer ending, why not think about all the things we have gained, not lost? We can think about the experiences we’ve enjoyed, the laughter, the good food, good company, and the memories we’ve made. Those experiences and memories are worth celebrating.
