I made it with flax meal and her recipe calls for almond meal, and it turned out great but the macros changed I'm sure; 400 calories, 9 grams fat, 20 grams net carbs, 40 grams protein. Power Scrambled Eggs | 6 eggs, ¼ cup 2% milk, ½ scoop flavorless protein powder, salt and pepper (optional). DIRECTIONS: Mix eggs and milk together in a bowl.
