Potato salad with air fryer salmon
Salmon ingredients • 1 tsp Nando's lemon and herb seasoning • 1 tsp dried parsley • 1 tsp chilli flakes • Salt to taste • 1 tbsp olive oil Potatoes salad ingredients • New potatoes cut into chunks • 3 tbsp Mayonnaise • 1 tbsp garlic powder • 1 tsp black pepper • 1 small chopped red onion • Chopped fresh parsley • Chopped fresh chives • Lemon juice • Wild rocket Method • 1- boiled potato in salted water till fork tender than drain it and let it cool down • 2- season salmon and air fry it for about 10 minutes at 180° • 3- put the potatoes in a bowl than add all ingredients for potato salad stir everything till it's all combined than assemble salad in a plate cc: @simplydiffrent
