Malva Pudding, South African Baked Dessert This is delicious! But if you eat low sugar meals typically, I'd half the recipe as it is too sweet using all the sugar !

The firm flesh of bream in Nathan Outlaw's recipe is complemented by the sweet flavour of cream-enriched tartare-style sauce flecked with potatoes, asparagus, lettuce and peas. You can buy two large, whole fish if you want to fillet them yourself, or ask your fishmonger to do this for you.

South African Bobotie. (vegetarian version)  I followed this, but took steps to make it vegan. The taste is good, but as the recipe states, make sure the mix is not too wet. I used wholemeal bread, that was quite fresh, As with a bread and butter pudding, white stale bread is probably better. I will make this again, but take care to make a firmer texture. It's extremely filling by the way.
