Great for those who often slouch. 1️⃣ Get on your knees and elbows, then relax your back so that the armpits fall to the floor, and not back. The angle at the knees is 90 degrees. 2️⃣ The exercise is performed in the same way, only on straight arms. ⛔️ Remember! These exercises are performed only by relaxing the back, not by pressing down. The movements are all smooth and without jerks.
Stress can cause feelings of disorganization. It can cause mood swings, exhaustion, depression and many other negatives in our lives that impact relationships, attitudes and our habits with food and exercise. Identifying where your stress is coming from is the first step. Then identifying what in your life is being affected by stress is also important. When we identify these two things it allows us to target the problem and then the affects of the problem. From here we can create healthy habits.
