Did you know that the Spice Route Wines Darling Sauvignon Blanc grapes are harvested at night? This is to ensure that they come in at a cool temperature.
All Spice Route Wines red grapes are from Klein Amoskuil farm near Malmesbury in the Swartland. These grapes are mainly hand harvested as 95% of the vineyards consist of bush vines.
All of our vineyards, whether in Darling or in Amoskuil south of Darling, are planted on dryland farms
