Pressure Cooker Chicken and Rice ... I made this tonight, using the exact ingredients listed. I did use frozen chicken breasts and added 5 minutes to the time- so 24 minutes under high pressure. Everything came out great, the chicken was flavorful and tender and it was a great meal to make in little time. Next time, I think I would add two more chicken breasts and it would probably be fine- there was lots of leftover rice/vegetables but no more chicken.
