Yes to cinnamon roll pancakes. Can make the cinnamon sauce and use King Arthur GF pancake mix.

Oh my! These Cinnamon Roll Pancakes look delish. There are directions for prep but not how to actually make them. I assume like regular pancakes but you swirl in the cinnamon on one side? I can do this with gluten free pancake mix :)

Ingredients 10 slices bacon 1 can (17.5 oz) Pillsbury® Grands!® refrigerated cinnamon rolls with cream cheese icing (5 rolls) 1 Heat oven to 350°F. Grease or spray 8- or 9-inch round pan. 2 Separate dough into 5 rolls. Unroll rolls. Cook bacon until crisp. While bacon is still warm, place 2 slices bacon on top of 1 unrolled roll; roll back up. Repeat to use up rolls and bacon. Place cinnamon rolls in pan. 3 Bake 25 to 29 minutes or until golden brown. 4 Spread with icing; serve warm.

Bacon Cinnamon Rolls- Umm yes please! Everything is better with bacon! I suggest cooking the bacon beforehand to make it crispy, chop it up and then add it to the rolls. Uncooked whole pieces of bacon will leave you with soggy rolls and super soft bacon.

Woven Bacon - roll up jelly roll style with just cooked bacon and cheese (or scrambled eggs). Might also be an excellent topper for meatloaf or a lean pork tenderloin roast.
