I'm feeling inspired by the all the pelvic floor fun yesterday - here's one of my favourite ways to gently prepare your body to do a full loaded squat. Make sure to relax your head into your hands, keep your lower ribs down, and allow your pelvis to relax so you get right into your hips. Feels SO GOOD!!! What's your favourite squat variation?
