HEALTHY PROTEIN PUDDING!!!! 💪
Ingredients: 1 pound low fat cottage cheese 2 cups rolled oats 1 cup water 1/2 cup peanut butter 1/4 cup maple syrup 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon Melted dark chocolate, for topping (optional) In a blender, purée everything but the chocolate until very smooth. Divide between jars (I use 6 small yogurt jars). Cover and refrigerate overnight. The next day, coat the top of each with a thin layer of dark chocolate. Refrigerate for another 10 minutes until the chocolate has hardened, then serve.
