My 2 Tips for healthy dinner choices 1) Eat supper 3hours before bedtime. I aim to eat my last meal between 6-7pm 2)Go for a low carbohydrate dinner. Lots of vegetables, a protein source, and some healthy fats.  Salad is one of my go to choices, chop up a bunch of fresh veggies and mix in a bowl. Kefir (or yogurt with live culture) Oats Chia seeds (and/or pumpkin seeds) Dates(raisins work really well to)  Mix all the ingredients together in a jar and pop into the fridge overnight. I make a big jar and that's breakfast sorted for the week. Add some whey protein before you serve it if you want some extra protein💪…

Pancakes for Sunday breakfast are the bomb. Thanks for posting the recipe @stephencabral 👌👌👌. Topped with Omega Peanut butter and banana slices makes for a yummy treat! If you don't have oat flour try making your own by milling half a cup at a time in a blender with a milling blade. Oats provides you with plenty of wholesome fibre required for healthy GIT function and makes these pancakes nice and filling!  #pancakesonsundays #omegapeanutbutter #bananacrazy #healthywholefoodsisgoodforyou
