My 2 Tips for healthy dinner choices 1) Eat supper 3hours before bedtime. I aim to eat my last meal between 6-7pm 2)Go for a low carbohydrate dinner. Lots of vegetables, a protein source, and some healthy fats.  Salad is one of my go to choices, chop up a bunch of fresh veggies and mix in a bowl.
