Super fluffy yogurt cupcakes with a heavenly (and easy) blackberry frosting! No Food Coloring needed! - I didn't actually make these but used the idea to make purple frosting today and it worked great.
Chocolate Graham Cracker Cupcakes with Toasted Marshmallow: very sweet. Kind of a pain to make but they were a big hit. Makes a small amount of graham relative to the amount of cupcake batter- maybe half the batter next time. Half marshmallow topping too.
