Alex on Instagram: "the BEST healthy brownies, for the menstrual phase 1 cup Kidney beans 1/3 cup Tahini 1/2 cup Cocoa powder 7 dates Dates 2 tbs pumpkin seed oil or olive oil works too 1/3 cup milk 1.5 tsp Baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 1/3 cup Chocolate chips plus I used milk chocolate on top Blend all ingredients except chocolate chips. You may need to add a little bit more milk to get it to blend. Pour into parchment lined loaf pan. Top with chocolate chips and swirl in, add more chocolate on top if desired. Bake at 350 for 35-45.
