A pungent, yet pleasing Durban Beef curry, not for the faint hearted. In Durban they like it HOT.  Serve it with rice or the real  traditional way would be to hollow out 1/4 loaf of white bread and put the curry into the bread- ‘seal’ it with the remaining bread.
