We’re taking a look back at 2014 – a truly great year of #RSD! Apparently eel has become quite popular on menus in restaurants both locally and abroad. Back in January of this year #RSD was ahead of the trend with this eel tail barbel with sweet soy, lemon and black pepper recipe.
