Brownies Recipe 😋🍫
1️⃣ Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan with butter or line it with parchment paper. 2️⃣ In a medium bowl, combine the melted unsalted butter and granulated sugar. Mix well until fully incorporated. 3️⃣ Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth and creamy. 4️⃣ Sift the unsweetened cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Add to the egg mixture and stir until just combined. 5️⃣ Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed in the batter. 6️⃣ Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula. 7️⃣ Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan.

Quick and flavorful beef stir fry with tender onions, perfect for a delicious weeknight dinner. Ingredients: 1 lb beef sirloin, sliced thin 1 large onion, sliced 2 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp oyster sauce 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tbsp vegetable oil 1 tsp ginger, minced Salt and pepper to taste Green onions for garnish (optional) Preparation: Heat vegetable oil in a pan over high heat. Add garlic and ginger, sautéing briefly. Add beef slices and cook until browned, then remove from the pan. In the same pan, add onions and stir-fry until soft. Return beef to the pan, add soy sauce and oyster sauce, and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper, and garnish with green onions before serving.
