NO BAKE CHOCOLATE PIE – Tomato Hero

Ingredients: cup chilled whipping cream cups powdered sugar, divided 1 teaspoon vanilla extract cup HERSHEY’S Cocoa 1 package oz.) cream cheese, softened 1 graham cracker, shortbread cookie or chocolate crumb crust, homemade or pre (all recipes cups)

Yoghurt tart:  2 packets jelly 125ml boiled water  1 tin condensed milk  500ml yogurt  250ml fresh cream  1 packet tennis biscuits  Butter   How to prepare:   1. Mix jelly + boiled water. Mix the condensed milk and yogurt into the jelly mixture and fold in the whipped fresh cream.  2. Crush the tennis biscuits with butter.  3. In a bowl big enough to fit into your refrigerator, place the tennis biscuits as a crust.  4. Pour the mixture over the tennis biscuit crust and refrigerate until set.

An extremely easy marshmallow and yogurt tart. It is perfect for a tea-time snack or an after-dinner sweet.

Marshmallow Fridge Tart: Mix 1 can condensed milk and half cup (add more for tangy tastes!) lemon juice. Add 1 can pineapple chunks - mix well. Add chopped marshmallows. Beat 1 box of Orley Whip (dairy free cream) very well - mix with rest of mixture. Pack Biscuits at bottom of dish and sides. Pour mixture over - sprinkle crushed biscuits over. In fridge. Delicious! For a tangy taste, add a little more than half a cup of lemon juice.

An easy fridge tart recipe made with evaporated milk, red jelly (jello), tinned guavas and coconut biscuits.

Peppermint Crisp tart: 1 packet tennis biscuits  1 can caramel treat 2c cream - fresh 400g  Peppermint Crisp chocolate bars - grated  cover dish bottom with rows of  tennis biscuits. Whisk cream until stiff. In separate bowl mix caramel and peppermint crisp. (Keep 1/2 choc for decoration) Layer 100ml cream + caramel-choc. + biscuits. Sprinkle some peppermint crisp over and place in the fridge for 1 hour to set.  Serve with a dollop of cream or as desired.
