Marie Biscuit Fudge Recipe - kiddie fave. Crush 2 pkts Marie biscuits. Melt 250g butter slowly. When cooled slightly, add 2 beaten eggs - mix well. Add 500gm icing sugar, 2 T cocoa and 1 t vanilla essence - mix well. Place mix on baking tray or bowl, spread evenly, cool in fridge for 2 hrs. Cut it in desired size squares. Keep in cool place or fridge.
