Lean chicken meatballs. Low fat, high protien  500g minced chicken  1 egg  1 crushed garlic clove  half small diced capsicum   parsley  handful of corn kernels  half cup fresh bread crumbs  salt & pepper to taste  (pretty much anything in the fridge I thought I could get away with)    rolled in dried bread crumbs and fried in a little oil.
