20min · 9 servings Ingredients: • 2 1/2 cups rice cereal • 1 cup peanut butter • 1/4 cup maple syrup • 1 tbsp coconut oil • 2 bars dark chocolate Directions: • In a bowl , combine the rice cereal, peanut butter and maple syrup. • Line a 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper. Add the rice cereal to the pan and press it in evenly to form a flat surface. • Melt the chocolate bars and coconut oil in the microwave for two 30 second intervals (stir between each interval until chocolate melts) • Pour the chocolate over the rice cereal and spread evenly. • Put it in the freezer to harden for 30 minutes then cut into squares. • Store in an airtight contained in the fridge !
