"C-Ration Hat: The ability of the Viet Cong to improvise was demonstrated by Corporal Peter S. Munizza, 20 (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania), when Marines of 1st Battalion, 1st Marines [1/1] found a coolie hat made from a c-ration box during an operation south of Da Nang.
