A few people have been asking for an updated blanket stitch tutorial, because the way I do my blanket stitch has changed a little since my last video.

Bake in the preheated 400 degrees F oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until lightly browned on both sides, turning once. When potatoes are ready, top with bacon, cheese, green onion; continue baking until the cheese has melted; Add a dollop of sour cream when done and enjoy

Southern Fried Cabbage-leave out broth. Add 1T ACV instead & 2 T Worcestershire 1T garlic 2 T brown sugar & the bacon.

Southern Fried Cabbage - i was a little skeptical about adding the cabbage to all that bacon grease, but the addition of the chicken broth made the difference. I also added a little apple cider vinegar. Kids loved it too!
